Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2024

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of the CryptoSoul platform — including the website, games, token services, and associated tools — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, do not use the platform.
These terms apply to all users: players, visitors, token holders, and anyone interacting with CryptoSoul services. We may update these terms periodically, and continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Platform Description
CryptoSoul operates a crypto gaming and education platform that allows users to earn, hold, and manage SOUL tokens through gameplay activity. The platform includes browser-based games, educational content, a token management interface, and supporting documentation.
The platform is provided "as is." We work to maintain uptime and accuracy, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect access to games, withdrawal functions, or informational pages.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the CryptoSoul platform. By creating an account or interacting with token services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. CryptoSoul does not provide legal, financial, or investment advice.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and wallet private keys. CryptoSoul is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to compromised passwords, seed phrases, or devices.
Do not share your account credentials or wallet keys with anyone. See the Wallet Safety guide and Seed Phrase Backup guide for security best practices.
5. SOUL Token Terms
SOUL tokens are digital assets earned through platform activity. They are not securities, not investment contracts, and should not be treated as financial instruments. The value of SOUL tokens may fluctuate, and past performance does not indicate future results.
Token withdrawals are processed according to the procedures described in the withdrawal guide. Processing times may vary. CryptoSoul reserves the right to implement withdrawal limits, cooldown periods, or verification requirements for security purposes.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with games or earn tokens
- Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
- Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits or abuse referral systems
- Attempt to manipulate token prices or game economies through coordinated actions
- Use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity
- Interfere with other users' access to the platform or its services
Violations may result in account suspension, token forfeiture, or permanent bans at CryptoSoul's discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the CryptoSoul platform — including text, graphics, game assets, code, and documentation — is owned by CryptoSoul or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from platform content without explicit written permission.
User-generated content (where applicable) remains the property of the creator, but by submitting it to the platform, you grant CryptoSoul a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform context.
8. Privacy
CryptoSoul collects minimal data necessary to operate the platform. This includes account information, gameplay statistics, and transaction records. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Analytics, when used, are aggregated and anonymized.
Wallet addresses are public by nature of blockchain technology — CryptoSoul does not have control over the public visibility of on-chain transactions.
9. Limitation of Liability
CryptoSoul is not liable for losses resulting from: token value fluctuations, unauthorized access due to user security failures, blockchain network issues beyond CryptoSoul's control, or temporary platform unavailability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CryptoSoul's total liability for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount of SOUL tokens credited to your account in the 30 days preceding the claim.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from these terms or platform use should first be addressed through the Contact page. If a resolution cannot be reached through direct communication, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
11. Modifications
CryptoSoul may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform's Changelog and on this page. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
